Hello there visitor. My name is Sam and I make Video games for PC and Mobile. My mobile apps are Ad Supported. This way I can try and earn a living from game development. My games are released as an individual under the name Studio Cypix and my games are provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to play my games and is a legal requirement I need to adhere to.

Information Collection and Use

Any mobile game developed by me (Studio Cypix) itself does not collect any personal information from you. The games I make are simply there to be enjoyed on your mobile phone

My games do use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. These are:

ADmob – Which is used to serve ads in your game
Google Play services and analytics – This is used for game related functions like leader boards and providing experience points in your games and for the purpose of tracking bugs, improving the application functionality and enhancing user experience.

Opt-out Option

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children

Unless explicitly specified games that I develop are child friendly and can be played by children, but it is not intended to be used by children, without involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian. Studio Cypix does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental approval.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you play one of my games, in a case of an error in the app it collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

My games do not use“cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. (Like Admob to server relevant ads)
